A cozy blanket, a steaming mug of chai latte and a good book are the first things that come to mind when I think about the beginning of Winter. Closely followed by lots of white powdery snow which come down in big flakes and turns Berlin into a Winter Wonder Land. Unfortunately that doesn’t happen that often and most of the times only in January, but I keep on hoping!
Besides that I think about being a little busy bee this Winter. My long-time dream of starting my own business is right around the corner. And I can’t wait to open the doors of my Etsy Shop and share it with you all! I will announce the specific launch date very soon but be assured it will happen in December 2016

While starting the design work on the shop itself, I realized that already 500 of you favorited my Etsy Shop. Thank you so much! This means the absolute world to me and is so encouraging to see! I will keep giving it my all to make sure it’s all ready and pretty on launch day and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it for YOU!
To shorten the waiting time I have another Free Printable Bundle for you guys, which I will share with you right here right now! 🙂
Hello December
Drawing this one started out really tough but was so much fun in the end. Due to my currently busy schedule, I was really worried that I wouldn’t have the creative energy needed to draw another Hello Month spread you would enjoy. But thanks to an affectionate kick in the butt from my boyfriend I finally sat down, lit a candle to calm me down, drank a cup of tea and got started.
I also think this is the main thing which holds us back from reaching our goals. The getting started part. It might feel very unproductive in the beginning (feeling sluggish, not having an idea). But the earlier you sit down and just give it your best shot, the earlier you get through the mud and start being creative!
Now I really enjoy the outcome and as I said in the beginning of this blog post: ‘This is the perfect representation of the cold season for me’

Habit Tracker
With every month this spread becomes more and more important for me. In the beginning, I was just tracking what everyone else did. Now it is completely tailored to my personal needs and helps me to hold myself accountable in the areas that are the most important in my life right now. So since the middle of October, it’s mainly focused on my health and getting my eating habits in order. And I’m very proud to announce that I haven’t eaten a single potato chip since October, 12th! If you are new to my blog: I have a really big chips addiction problem, resulting in me just breathing the contents of those chips bags in. Which is of course really bad for my health and overall fitness!
If you are asking yourself how: The deciding factor was not to track that I hadn’t had chips in a day. But to track that I ate enough of each food group every day! Since then I’m always full (nutritious healthy foods), therefore no cravings occur. Yihah!

Monthly Log
Busy mom? Running your own business? Or just really forgetful? This one is a life saver! It is really easy to forget how much you have accomplished in a month and to feel like you got nothing done. Having a line of keywords for each day of the month helps you remember what you did and also makes sure you take a day off once in a while! I mark a line with ‘Relax’ when I took a day off. That way I can make sure I don’t skip the weekend three times in a row and then be confused why I’m getting sick or burned out again. Since filling this in every day, my work-life-balance got way better! Still, a long way to go, though. But one step in the right direction leads to the next, so start walking!

Tasks & Goals
Another long time favorite of mine! Since every task I currently complete results in three new ones, I’m a bit short on time. Starting your own business is as scary as it is rewarding! So instead of setting up and using my monthly, weekly and daily to-do lists I only have this one. On it, I write down my main goals for the month. Every smaller task that comes up along the way gets taken care of directly. Or it gets added to my iCal in case it comes up while working on another task. Every big task gets added to this tasks & goals list. That way I don’t loose focus on what really matters and invest the time I have the right way! You won’t believe how easy and uncomplicated making your taxes suddenly seems when a deadline you look forward to is approaching!

Weekly Spreads
Like I just explained I won’t use those spreads in the beginning of December since it is easier to work with only one list for my upcoming Etsy Shop Launch. As soon as this has happened, though, I will use those spreads for the remainder of December.
The left side is for tasks that need to be completed this week but not on a specific day. As well as for your morning and evening routine. The right-hand side is for time-specific tasks and events.
When I started my personal bullet journal journey I always put my tasks on specific days. But the thing is life happens. And more often than not, you won’t accomplish all the tasks you set yourself for a specific day. But if you already have a whole week planned out your beautiful organization goes right out the window. Since I started separating tasks into day-specific, week-specific and month-specific tasks I get way more accomplished. I feel less stressed. And I’m an overall happier person! So when planning ahead make sure to take into consideration, if a task really needs to get done on a certain day or if you just want it to. So if the date is not fixed add it to your weekly or monthly to-do list instead. And work on it when all specific tasks that need to get done THAT day are already done!

December Memories
The most fun bullet journal spread there is if you ask me! The idea is simple. Draw, doodle & write down the things that made this month special for you. This can be accomplishments, fun days with friends or a lesson learned. The thought is to have 12 pages at the end of each year, which easily remind you of what has happened. Of what made you happy and even what made you sad. Just little glimpses into each year you can cherish and keep with you!
I also think this is a great spread for Minimalists. Since it allows you to document your year, without keeping every holiday trinket, post card and photo you have taken. You even could create a ‘2017 Memories’ Spread based on those twelve, so you only need to keep one page per year. And since it’s visual you don’t need to read through a whole journal, just glimpse at it and get taken back down memory lane!

When will January be available
Hi Terra, please excuse the late reply. After my Etsy Shop Launch, I took a much-needed break to regain my energy and spend time with family and friends over the holidays. That said, the January Free Printable Bundle is released a bit later than usual. I’m working on it right now and you should be able to enjoy it in the next couple days 🙂 If you are subscribed to my email list you will get notified via newsletter the second it goes online. Happy New Year!
Last weekend I was just thinking hey I haven’t seen the December printables yet and then there you were in my inbox today!
I always love the monthly cover/coloring page. I think this month I’m going to set up all my weeklies for the month at the beginning of the month like you do b/c some weeks I get busy and it’s Wednesday before I set my weekly up ha
Hi Beth, nice to hear from you again 🙂 And what a coincidence that you just thought of them yesterday. Amazeballs! The ‘Hello Month’ spread is also my personal favorite to create and I’m very happy that you like them too much <3
Setting up your whole month in advance is definitively a time saver. Best is to choose a quite Sunday shortly before the new month starts and get it done in one swoop 😀
Many thanks again for your feedback and kind words! I wish you a most wonderful week!
I need a little help here, I’m new to bullet journaling. How do I use the printables in the bujo? If the journals are bound, how do I add them. May be a dumb question but I’m confused. Thanks, your work is great.
Hi Julie, I believe there are no dumb questions. So always feel free to ask 🙂 I personally use white sticker paper to print the pages on. That way I can directly stick them in my BuJo. But you need to be very careful while doing so. Since those stickers are quite big, it’s nearly impossible to remove them again if you placed them wrong. But with a bit of practice, this works wonderfully! <3 But you could also just print them on normal copy paper and use double-sided tape to stick them in. Sticker paper is just the prettier option.
As soon as my Etsy Shop launches you also will be able to buy my Hello Month spreads directly as stickers, so this might be an option for you too. Many thanks for your kind words! I wish you a most wonderful week!
Hi! I love your work, your projects and ideas! <3

Greetings from Greece!
Thank you for you gift which seemed as a treasure for me hidden in a magic box! Thank you again and keep it up! ::
Hi Maria! 🙂 Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words! They totally make my day. <3
I wish you a most wonderful weekend!
I printed them and I went to drink a glass or water. My son who is almost 6 years old and heard the sound of the printer went to the office and said: “Oh thank you mum! It’s what I was looking for! ” You can imagine whose are the printables now! :)))) Thank you so much!
A question: can you create something for language lovers on how to organise a lesson? or vocabulary?
Thanks again,
I really really love how you lay out the weeks…and add beauty and awesome quotes. I’m a homeschooling mama of four, new to bullet journaling/planning. People ask is this a planner, journal, scrapbook, etc. My answer is YES, I just found out I’m pregnant…this is a way for me to create beauty and art and be productive and keep track of all…a way to have a little Sabbath in each of my work days. Thank you. I searched and searched for something that worked for my ways of thinking. I’m so glad you did this and shared! Thank you!!!
Hi Joanna, thank you so much for your kind words! 🙂 Wow, homeschooling mama of four sounds like a lot of work but also very rewarding. Here in Germany, homeschooling is not allowed, so it’s very interesting to hear about it. I love that your notebook is everything in one. I don’t believe that we need to decide on anything. What makes us happy is, what we should go with. So I’m very proud to hear that you are true to yourself and do what you love <3 Also congratulations on your pregnancy! This is wonderful news. We want little ones in the next few years too and so I'm extra excited for you 🙂
I'm very glad the bullet journal system works for you and I'm always happy if I could help out in even the tiniest way. This totally makes my day! Do you have an Instagram account or something? I would love to see some of your creative creations 🙂 Many thanks again and have a most wonderful weekend!
Sandra! These are sooooooo pretty! I’ve been scouring through printables online that are useful yet delicately beautiful!
Thanks for being so charitable and giving these out for free!
I just started my Bullet Journal as well and have been absolutely addicted!
Looking forward to see more of your work!
Hi Raissa! What a beautiful name <3 Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words. They mean the world to me! The fact that you enjoy my printables so much totally makes my day. In the coming week, the January Version will be released and I hope it too will be of good use to you 🙂 Also welcome to the Bullet Journal Community. So far I only have met kind and supportive people. So I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as I do! Many thanks and Happy New Year!
What would you say is the best way to put printables into your journal? Sticker sheet? Glue stick? Other…
Hi Coniqua, please excuse the late reply. After my Etsy Shop Launch, I took a much-needed break to regain my energy and spend time with family and friends over the holidays. I personally like to use sticker sheets to add my printables into my bullet journal, since it is a hardcover notebook. The A4 versions are very affordable and I get great use out of them 🙂 And in case you didn’t know I also opened the doors of my Etsy Shop on December 14th. That said, you also can buy a selection of my printables as ready-to-use kiss cut stickers if you like <3 Happy New Year!
