Since there are only two days left until the launch of my Meal Planner I want to give you a little sneak peek in what’s to come and share this Free Weekly Meal Planner Printable with you. It’s the perfect addition to your bullet journal and allows you to plan your meals one week in advance.
The official Meal Planner which launches on Thursday, March, 29th 2018 will, of course, include many printables. They are all designed to make menu planning as easy as possible while taking the most important thing into consideration: It must fit your personal needs and no one else’s! â¡
Free Weekly Meal Planner Printable for your BuJo
As I talked about in last weeks blog post, I believe that only YOU can create the perfect meal plan for yourself. So instead of creating a generic meal plan, you will give up on very soon. I’m creating a bundle of templates you can use to create your own menu plan. That way it fits your taste, budget and time. As well as takes your health and possible allergies or intolerances into consideration. They are meant to work for singles, couples, and families alike and I can’t wait to see your reaction on Thursday.
To shorten the waiting time I want to share one of the printables with you which is part of my Meal Planner Bundle. Enjoy! â¡

Learn how to create your own meal plan
Having a weekly meal plan you can fill out is great and I’m super happy I can share one with you today. BUT I think there is something even more important. The knowledge how to fill and use a meal planner on a regular basis to save time, money and a lot of nerves. I don’t know about you, but while I love cooking it always stresses me out to decide what we should eat today. What ingredients do we have in the house? How much time do we have today? Do I have the energy to cook today or should we order something?
If you are like me you often think about these decisions way too late when you are already hungry and can’t think clearly anymore. I had enough!
So last year I started to learn more about nutrition, eating healthy and regularly. Funny thing was I actually could eat more than I ever could before and still lose weight. Since I focused on eating the right things! But that’s a whole other story.
With the Meal Planner Launch on March, 29th 2018 I will not only share a bunch of beautiful printables with you. I also will publish a detailed guide that answers all the questions I asked above. Since I want YOU to find the joy in cooking again without adding additional stress. I know our lives are already busy enough and I want to make sure you get more time out of each week instead of less!
You can’t miss it!
Scared you gonna miss the launch? Don’t worry, as long as you signed up for the free printable above you will get a special newsletter from me announcing the launch on Thursday. It will link to a detailed blog post explaining to you what the Meal Planner Bundle + Guide includes and where you can get your hands on it. Until then! â¡
